Welcome to the retailers page for Coyote & Crow Games. Here we’ll have information on where to get our products, links to sell sheets and more.

Please note that we, and our distribution partners do not sell Coyote & Crow games to sellers who are strictly or primarily online sellers. Consumers who wish to buy our products online can use our web store or our Amazon shop.

US Distribution

Our sales partner, PSI, work with the following US distributors:

  • ACD
  • Alliance
  • PHD

If you have any trouble getting inventory from them and would like to approach PSI directly and start an account, you can reach them at retailer@pubservinc.com.

Alternatively, you can order product at wholesale prices, directly from us. Please use the contact form on this website. We’ll need to verify that you are a legitimate brick and mortar outlet. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any individual retailer for any reason. Please note the following:

  • We sell at 50% off plus shipping costs
  • If you place an order higher than $250, shipping is free
  • We only sell by the case
  • CAC001 – Coyote & Crow Core Rulebook is in a case of 6 ($210)
  • CAC2002 – Coyote & Crow Custom Dice is in a case of 6 ($90)
  • Please provide ACH information (account number and routing number) or PayPal information and we will invoice you if approved.
  • We do not ship outside of the U.S. currently

Canadian Distribution

If you are a retailer in Canada, you can get our games from the following distributors:

  • Lion Rampant
  • As with US Distribution, if you cannot get inventory from these two, please contact PSI at retailer@pubservinc.com and you can set up a direct account with PSI.

International Distribution

If you are outside the US, we have a number of partners you can get our games through. This list is not all inclusive and if you have a preferred distributor not listed here, we suggest you contact them as they may have a partnership with PSI.

Resources

We’ll soon have information on Organized Play Kits for Coyote & Crow the Roleplaying Game. These kits will be available to retailers at very low cost. They’ll be available to libraries, schools and community centers for only the cost of shipping.
