Not sure if I missed it but do starting characters start with a legendary rank of zero?

Although it doesn’t specify in the rules, it is logical that you start at 0. Legendary ranks are awarded as you grow your legend. Your first Legendary rank comes when the group finishes an entire story arc, competing a long term group goal.
In my mind it would correspond to roughly 5th, 10th and 15th level if your are used to a D&D campaign.
